Meatballs revisited
I realized that I never posted the pictures from the stuffed peppers that David made the other night. He had used the meatball mixture to put inside the peppers and then baked them. I forgot to take the “after” picture, because they were eaten up before I could get to them. I have been seeing many versions of Rachael Ray’s meatball recipe floating around on other blogs lately - it seems like we all go through the same phases of recipes. No matter, it’s still fun to see how everyone changes things to their own taste!
The peppers look so innocent and unassuming here.
But it’s what lies beneath that will reveal the secret of the pepper……….
Cute, aren’t they? It’s funny, Sabrina won’t eat green peppers, only red, yellow and orange peppers. Says the green ones give her the heebadajeebies.
