Yeah, well, it’s definitely not a plum brioche tart, now is it?

I was going to skip this one , because, well, I just knew no one in the house would eat it. So I thought, and thought, and thought – then the little pistons inside my head fired up and I got creative.
I rolled the dough out, filled it with chocolate and cinnamon sugar, then rolled it and baked it in a loaf pan.
It lasted one day.
Thanks to Denise of Chez Us for picking a recipe that inspired me to take something I never would have tried, and recreated into something that my family devoured!

Coming up next week: Raspberry Blanc Manger.
I knew I’d see some chocolate brioche and silly me, hadn’t thought it would be you!
At too much of a last minute I thought of doing that, but didn’t leave enough time to actuallly make the bread.
THIS is a brioche I would certainly love!

Yum, a great idea to use chocolate. I hear you on the traveling thing when the kids are grown and gone. I have so many plans for my hubby and me! Maybe someday I will make it to that lane in France. I would probably dance instead of walk!

WHAT?!?! I wish I had your creativity, Megan. I liked my berry version just okay, but this looks phenomenal! I can truly see why it wouldn’t last more than a day. Fantastic!
